WORKOUT#10 - Tabata 2

The workout is a Tabata session. Im sure you are all familiar with how this one works but its 8 x 20 second work intervals with 10 seconds rest between each interval. After each tabata is completed, we go straight into 1 minute of ab work.  We hopefully have time for five tabatas!

1.  Mountain climbers + Single leg toe touch (30 sec each side)

2.  Knee tuck from kneeling position + Seated flutter kicks 

3.  Single arm jumpback + Russian twists

4.  Ski jumps + Push up shoulder taps

5.  Plyo lunge to squat + Climbing the rope

The knee tuck from kneeling position requires starting from a kneeling position so those who are doing the workout outside might need a mat or towel.

Don’t forget your warm down stretches.
