WORKOUT#11 - 5 PAIRS OF 2 EXERCISES

We will do 35 seconds of work on each exercise before 35 seconds on the next. There will be 12 seconds rest between exercises and we will do 3 sets on each exercise. 

1.  Bench step overs + prone toe taps

2.  Burpees + overhead extensions

3.  Weighted Bulgarian split squat (l) + weighted Bulgarian split squat (r)

4.  Push up/rock climber + wall sit

5.  Bicycles + V-Sit

For the overhead extensions and Bulgarians we would like everyone find a household object to use as added resistance.  A bag filled with some books is one suggestion? Remember it has to be able to be comfortably extended overhead! You will also need a chair/bench.

Don’t forget your Abs + warm down stretches.
