WORKOUT#14 - 10 x 2min Cardio Challenge

For this workout set a timer for ten, two minute rounds with a rest period of 45 seconds between rounds. In each two minute round you must complete the exact number of reps for the chosen exercise in that round. Once you have completed the reps, perform as many burpees as you can until the timer hits two minutes.

For example, round one. The timer starts,I do 50 rotating squat jumps. This may take me 75 seconds, in which case i have 45 seconds left to do as many burpees as possible.  

Record your score for each round and add up the total number of burpees at the end of the workout.

Rotating Squat Jumps-50 reps

Push Ups-30 reps

Butterfly situps-30 reps

Jumping Jacks-60 reps

Plyo lunges-50 reps

Dips-50 reps

Jackknifes- 50 reps

Broadjumps- 30 reps

Single leg glute bridge- 30 reps

Single leg glute bridge-30 reps

Don’t forget your Abs + warm down stretches.
