WORKOUT#15 - 5 x PAIRS OF EXERCISES

For this workout set a timer for two minutes.  Once started, do the reps for the first exercise.  In the remaining time complete as many reps as possible of the secondary exercise.  Once the timer is up, rest 20 seconds and then two more rounds.  For example, for the first pair, we would do 15 broad jumps and then as many jumping jacks as possible for the remainder of the time.  We do three sets of each pairing before moving on to the next pair.

1. 15 Broad jumps + Jumping jacks.

2. 30 Sit ups + Twisting plank.

3. 30 Squats + Crab walk.

4. 30 Push ups + Static front hold.

5. 30 Reverse lunge + Sprinting on the spot.

Don’t forget your Abs + warm down stretches.
