WORKOUT#16 - E.M.O.M

Is an acronym for Every Minute On the Minute.  For this workout you will do a prescribed amount or reps of the exercise at the top of the minute and then rest for whatever time you have left until the next top of the minute.  

There are four exercises and we will do eight complete rounds of all, for a total of thirty two minutes.

1.  Burpees x 15 (this can be increased/decreased depending on your fitness level)

2.  Push up with shoulder taps x 12

3.  Squat jumps x 25

4.  Toe touches x 20

If you dont have access to a timer App on your smartphone you will need a stopwatch.  

Don’t forget your Abs + warm down stretches.
