WORKOUT#5 - 3 x 20 ROUNDS (no VIDEO)

This is a very simple workout, but also very effective!

All you have to do is 10 push ups (strict) or 5 for women.  The 10 sit ups, then 10 squat jumps…..then repeat another 19 times.
The aim should be to do 20 rounds in as quick a time as possible.
Aim to get as close to 20 minutes as possible. 20 minutes is a great time!

So the workout is:

10/5 Pushups

10 Sit ups 

10 Squat jumps

X 20 For time.

Don’t forget your warm down stretches.
