WORKOUT#7 - ULTIMATE LADDER (no VIDEO)
5 Exercises:
Pushups
Squat & Press
Dips
Plyo Lunges
Bench Crunches
First do 50 reps of each exercise in the above order, e.g. 50 push ups then 50 squats & press then 50 dips etc..
Then do 40 reps of each, then 30 , then 20, then 10. Then start again with 10 reps and climb the ladder back up!
50-40-30-20-10-10-20-30-40-50
Mark your time down and try to beat it each time you do this one!!
Remember when the weather is nice, running outside is always a good option. If you can find a flight of stairs near your house then sprint up them then walk back down for recovery......then repeat!
Don’t forget your warm down stretches.
