WORKOUT#8 - 3X3 (40SEC ON/10SEC REST)

We are doing a 3x3 workout, so there will be three circuits. Each circuit has three stations and we go round each circuit three times. We will do 40 seconds of work with ten seconds recovery between sets.

Circuit 1.

Plyo step up x 2 (40 seconds each leg)
Push ups

Circuit 2.

Skater lunge
Dips
Plank jacks

Circuit 3.

Plyo Bulgarians x 2 (40 seconds each leg)
Pulsing supermans

Everyone will need a chair or stool to use for our step ups and some space to perform the skater lunges. Everything else is straightforward!

Don’t forget your warm down stretches.
