Complete these exercises in the order written. Each Ab exercise is paired up with a plank variation. First do one minute of the Ab exercise then go straight into one minute of the plank.

Aim for as little rest as possible before moving onto the next pair.

1. Bicycles + Plank pull throughs

2. Single leg crunch (30 seconds each side) + Climbing plank

3. Starfish sit ups + Plank jacks

4. Toe taps off chair + Plank foot touches

5. Flutter kicks + Twisting plank

6. Scissor kicks + Plank shoulder taps

Don’t forget your warm down stretches.
